Dowling, photographer with the Belfast Telegraph has been elected
Chairman of the Association and will be supported by a committee
drawn from all sections of the photographic media.
NIPPA has provided a forum for more than 25 years through which press photographers
from throughout Northern Ireland have been able to share their skills and experience.
In re-launching the Association, the Chairman and committee aim to build on
NIPPA’s aim to provide a quality resource and support mechanism for photographers.
Plans are also underway to develop the Association’s charitable role
as an active player that contributes to the community in which it works.
