Dear All

I have just had a meeting with vice chairman Alan Lewis ref Ormeau Baths Gallery Exhibition. 

We have agreed that prints of the images can be sold by the gallery if requested. The photographer will get most of the cut, with the gallery and Nippa getting a nominal cut as well.

Any picture requested will be reprinted as we want to keep the exhibition together.

If anyone has a problem with this contact myself or Marion at Ormeau Baths Gallery and we will make sure your wishes are looked after.

I have agreed that images can be used for publicity for the Exhibitions and will be copyright free for the exhibition duration only. Otherwise the copyright must go back to the photographer.

I have made up a random press pack of 20 images for them to use. They will be released from next week onwards.

Anyone not happy with their image being used for this let me know and I will withdraw it.
