28th May 2003 - Association barbecue to be held in the Dunadry Hotel, Friday June 27 2003.

8pm start, carriages at 12 midnight. Music by the Martella Jazz Band.
Charge per person £17.00.

Menu will include Beef Burgers, Variety of Sausages, Lamb and Pepper Kebab and Marinated Chicken Pieces, Baked Potato, Waldorf Salad, Rice & Pimento Salad and Coleslaw. Fresh Fruit Salad and Profiteroles with Hot Chocolate.

5th May 2003 - Judging has taken place for the 2003 competition. There were a total of sixty six entries, twenty five of them provincial, making this the largest entry ever. The sheer number and quality of the entries has made it extremely difficult for the judges (John Edwards, picture editor of the Sun and Irish Times Photographer Bryan O'Brian, PPAI Press Photographer of the year) to pick a winner.
